Is UVY Store really free?
Yes. Every store feature available today is on Free — your storefront, tips, digital products, courses, auctions, memberships, community and storefront traffic analytics. No card required. We take 9% when you sell, and nothing when you don't.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
9%. In the current destination-charge flow, a creator receives 91% of the listed price before refunds. UVY pays Stripe processing from its 9% share. We only take the fee when you sell — there's no monthly charge on the free plan and no card on file.
Is anything currently locked behind a paid plan?
No. Every store feature available today is on Free. Pro changes your allowances and support, not the current selling tools.
What does Pro actually get me?
A named human who answers you — not a help centre, not a ticket queue — plus a guided setup call. Bigger email and AI allowances are rolling out on Pro. It does not change your 9% fee or unlock the current selling tools.
How is Pro billed?
$25 a month to your card, like any subscription. The free plan needs no card at all — we only take the 9% when you actually sell something. Annual is $250/year instead of $300.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You go back to Free and keep your store, data and every currently available selling feature. The Pro allowances and named support contact end.
What do my fans pay?
Current Checkout charges the listed price. UVY deducts its 9% application fee from the sale and pays Stripe processing from that share. No separate buyer service fee is currently added.
Do my fans need the UVY app?
No. Your page and checkout work in any browser. Fans who do join you in the app get your community, posts and DMs behind the same page.
What can I sell?
Tips, digital downloads, online courses, auctions and fan membership tiers. Paid 1:1 bookings and calendar/video integrations are planned, not live.
How do I get paid?
Stripe routes the creator share to your connected Stripe balance for payout to your bank. UVY records what the fan paid, the 9% application fee, refunds and your resulting amount.
